But his armourbearer would not; for he was sore afraid. So Saul took a sword, and fell upon it. #, 13_1CH_06_55  And they gave them Hebron in the land of Judah, and the suburbs thereof round about it. #, 14_2CH_34_16  And Shaphan carried the book to the king, and brought the king word back again, saying, All that was committed to thy servants, they do [it]. #, 14_2CH_32_12  Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it? #, 14_2CH_24_22  Thus Joash the king remembered not the kindness which Jehoiada his father had done to him, but slew his son. Then [said Ahab], I will send thee away with this covenant. And he said, Ye shall not send. #, 12_2KI_02_06  And Elijah said unto him, Tarry, I pray thee, here; for the LORD hath sent me to Jordan. And he said, [As] the LORD liveth, and [as] thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. And they two went on. #, 12_2KI_02_05  And the sons of the prophets that [were] at Jericho came to Elisha, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the LORD will take away thy master from thy head to day? And he answered, Yea, I know [it]; hold ye your peace. #, 12_2KI_02_04  And Elijah said unto him, Elisha, tarry here, I pray thee; for the LORD hath sent me to Jericho. And he said, [As] the LORD liveth, and [as] thy soul liveth, I will not leave thee. Then the prophet forbare, and said, I know that God hath determined to destroy thee, because thou hast done this, and hast not hearkened unto my counsel. #, 14_2CH_25_15  Wherefore the anger of the LORD was kindled against Amaziah, and he sent unto him a prophet, which said unto him, Why hast thou sought after the gods of the people, which could not deliver their own people out of thine hand? #, 14_2CH_24_06  And the king called for Jehoiada the chief, and said unto him, Why hast thou not required of the Levites to bring in out of Judah and out of Jerusalem the collection, [according to the commandment] of Moses the servant of the LORD, and of the congregation of Israel, for the tabernacle of witness? #, 14_2CH_18_20  Then there came out a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will entice him. And the LORD said unto him, Wherewith? #, 14_2CH_18_14  And when he was come to the king, the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go to Ramothgilead to battle, or shall I forbear?
